Hoops Sports Performance ("Hoops", "we", "us") is a basketball performance tracking application developed and operated by Solynco (Jesse Langanke), a sole trader registered in New South Wales, Australia.

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Hoops service:
Account credentials — your email address and password, used solely to authenticate your account.
Profile information — your name and any profile details you provide when setting up your account. Performance data — athletic and training data recorded during in-person sessions by your coach or program administrator. This includes session results, scores, and progress metrics.
We do not collect payment information, location data, device identifiers, or browsing/usage analytics.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to:
Authenticate and maintain your account
Display your performance history, progress, and rankings within the app
Allow coaches and program administrators to track and manage athlete data
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the Hoops service to you.
Data Storage & Third Parties
All data collected through Hoops is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database platform. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third-party companies, advertisers, or external services.

Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active and you are enrolled in a Hoops program. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us using the details below and we will action your request promptly.
Children's Privacy
Hoops may be used by athletes under the age of 18 as part of a supervised sports program.
In such cases, accounts are set up and managed by a parent, guardian, or program administrator. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children directly without appropriate consent from a responsible adult.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
